The Beauty Complex with Biotin food supplement from Nature's Bounty® is a multivitamin formula, specially designed with nutrients that help strengthen hair, nails and skin.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal nails, skin and hair. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for normal skin function.

Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with meals. You should not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Calcium (calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium (magnesium oxide), coating agent (glycerin), antiagglomernates (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), choline bitartrate, vitamin ( DL acetate--tocopherol), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc (zinc gluconate), manganese (manganese gluconate), stabilizer (cellulose gum), nicotinamide, para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), complex of citrus bioflavonoids (Citrus aurantium, fruit), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), iron (iron fumarate), rutin, inositol, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (hydrochloride thiamine), rosehip (Rosa canina, rose pseudofruit), riboflavin, betaine hydrochloride, biotin, selenium (L-selenomethionine), copper (cupric citrate), folic acid, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) , iodine (potassium iodide).
