Goldrink GoldNutrition is an isotonic drink that provides mineral salts and sugars, ideal to be ingested during physical activity.

Its formula contains a combination of different types of sugars (glucose, fructose and maltodextrin), with a 2 : 1 glucose-fructose ratio, which optimises its absorption.

It also contains a good concentration of minerals such as sodium and magnesium.

Unlike the majority of isotonic drinks on the market, Goldrink GoldNutrition® does not contain artificial sweeteners.

During prolonged effort, the body tends to reach high levels of dehydration which, if they reach 3% of the body weight, can result in a loss of strength of 10%.

They can also have negative consequences on the cardiovascular system and the regulation of body temperature. In middle-distance athletes, dehydration of 1.5-2% leads to a 10% decrease in speed.

Drink during exercise, in small sips every 15 – 20 minutes. Up to 2 hours of training consume 1 dose per hour, between the second and third hours of training consume 2 doses, after 3 hours of training consume 3 doses per hour. To prepare the drink, add 1 level measure (40 g) for every 500 ml of water. Mix well. This product can be taken continuously throughout the sporting season, if necessary and during breaks or interruptions. It can be used from the age of 15 with dose adjustment.

Dextrose, fructose, maltodextrin, magnesium citrate, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), iodised salt, colour (beta-carotene), potassium citrate. May contain traces of gluten, egg, soya, dairy products, fish, nuts, peanuts and sesame.
