Put it on whenever exposed to the sun

Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Avoid sun exposure during the hottest hours, between 11 am and 4 pm. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. Wear protective clothing (hat with wide brim, sunglasses, t-shirt, etc). Avoid contact with eyes.
